2nd Shift Supervisor
Shift Time: 3:00pm-11:30pm
The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities during an assigned shift, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach in guiding team members, resolving issues in real-time, and using communication, presentation, systems thinking, and analytical skills to enhance overall shift performance. The Shift Supervisor also acts as the main point of contact for all operations on the floor when upper management is not present.

System - Comfortable navigating and leveraging manufacturing systems and workflows.
Analytics - Uses data to drive decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Exposure
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines.
Knowledge of safety regulations, GMP, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is usually in an office within a manufacturing facility with low to moderate noise level. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Ability to work well with others, one on one, remote, via video and phone.
